Who We Are
Legend has it that Archimedes discovered the principle of buoyancy while taking a bath with a crown. Famously, he shouted, "Eureka!"
It's debatable if this actually happened, but the story has held up for millennia, likely because it tells the truth.
The best ideas can’t be forced into existence. They must be found. So, we immerse ourselves in the work with commitment and curiosity. Then, we leave the light on, so when the idea finally arrives it can simply walk through the door.
Discovery is only the beginning. Our greatest ideas are strengthened when shared. That's why collaboration is central to what we're building, even down to our name.
Friends tell the truth. Friends listen closely. Friends won’t let something mediocre go out the door, just because it’s supposed to.
Friends show up. They make each other and the work better.
